Each crane (SS body, Italian "Simik" 2HP brake motors) has a lifting capacity of 100kg, with double-axis drive for stable horizontal movement (4-40m/min) and soft landing during lifting—preventing workpiece damage. The line’s process tanks are scaled to accommodate large parts: chemical degreasing (800×4000×1600mm, 3mm 304 stainless steel), anodizing (same size, 15mm PP), and coloring tanks (same size, 3mm 304 stainless steel). The anodizing section uses 3 tanks with 25V-3000A rectifiers, ensuring sufficient current to cover large surfaces evenly. Reinforced tank structures (A3 steel frames with PP/stainless steel coating) withstand the weight of large workpieces and chemical corrosion. The air agitation system (10HP blowers) uses large-diameter pipes (2" galvanized main tube) to ensure uniform solution mixing across large tank volumes. The PLC control system (Omron CP1L) is programmed to handle slow, precise movements for large workpieces, and the HMI displays load capacity and position data for safety. The line also features multiple safety protections: overcurrent protection, collision avoidance, and emergency stop buttons. Suitable for industries like shipbuilding, aerospace, and large architectural profiles, this heavy-duty line ensures reliable anodizing of large aluminum components.
