The line’s gantry cranes (Italian "Simik" brake motors) offer ±3mm positioning accuracy, avoiding workpiece collision and ensuring precise tank entry/exit. The HMI touchscreen allows easy adjustment of process parameters (e.g., anodizing time, coloring duration) and displays real-time equipment status. For environmental protection, it is equipped with separate exhaust hoods for acid/alkali tanks and a 5μ filtration system to recycle cleaning water, reducing waste.
