The line’s 21 tanks include 3 anodizing tanks (25V-3000A rectifiers) for uniform film formation and 4 coloring tanks for consistent hue. The gantry cranes (±3mm positioning accuracy) ensure workpieces are treated evenly, while 11 washing tanks (overflow devices) remove residual chemicals.
