How To Handle Small-scale Aluminum Alloy Anodizing By Integrated Equipment
With the integrated anodizing equipment, you can complete the anodizing process for small batches of aluminum alloy workpieces or for sample testing of new products at any time. The operation is simple and the cost is low. It helps with the development of your new products and efficiently meets the sample-making and small-order requirements of customers.
Operating Procedure

Now, let's introduce the usage method of this small anodizing machine:

First, turn on the 220V power supply. Then, turn on the refrigeration unit's power supply and set the temperature to 15 to 20 degrees. Next, turn on the heating chemical cleaning tank and the sealed tank. Set the temperature of the chemical cleaning tank to 90-100 degrees and the temperature of the sealed tank to 65 to 80 degrees. Start these operations half an hour in advance. Then, prepare the workpiece for anodizing.


The first step is to put it in the chemical cleaning tank for 30 seconds to 1 minute;

The second step is to put it in the water washing tank to clean the chemical solution, which is now very shiny;

The third step is to put it in the anodizing tank and turn on the anodizing switch. Set the anodizing time to 35 minutes. When the time is up, the workpiece has formed an oxide film;

The fourth step is to do a water wash;

The fifth step is to put it in the dyeing tank for dyeing. When the time is up, the workpiece has turned black;

The sixth step is to do another water wash;

The seventh step is to put it in the sealed tank for sealing holes;

The eighth step is to do another water wash, and the anodizing is completed.

Blow the water clean. This is a very beautiful black anodized finish.
