Semi-Automatic Anodizing Line Overview
Irregularly shaped aluminum parts (e.g., custom brackets, decorative components) often require manual handling to ensure proper treatment, and our Semi-Automatic Anodizing Line is designed for this. It features manual loading/unloading stations, where operators can carefully position parts on custom fixtures—preventing damage and ensuring full immersion in process tanks. The line’s core processes (anodizing, coloring, cooling) are automated: 3 anodizing tanks (15mm PP) with 25V-3000A rectifiers (adjustable current for different part sizes), 2 coloring tanks (3mm 304 stainless steel), and water-cooled chillers (temperature control ±3℃). Manual adjustment of immersion time is possible via the HMI, allowing operators to adapt to part complexity. The gantry cranes (SUS304, 100-250kg capacity) have manual override functions, enabling precise movement for parts with uneven surfaces. Basic safety features (limit switches, emergency stops) protect operators during manual handling. Constructed with durable materials (PP tanks, SUS304 cranes) and equipped with a simple exhaust system (removing fumes), the line is both reliable and safe. It supports small to medium batches (10-50 parts per cycle) and is easy to reconfigure for different part designs.
