High-Temperature Resistant Automatic Anodizing Line with Steam Heating for Aluminum Degreasing & Coloring
Automatic Anodizing Line Overview:
High-temperature processes (degreasing, coloring) require equipment that withstands heat, and our High-Temperature Resistant Automatic Anodizing Line is designed for this. The chemical degreasing tank (3mm 304 stainless steel) uses steam heating (0.2-0.5Mpa) to reach 80-90℃—effectively removing tough oils from aluminum surfaces—with a 50mm rock wool insulation layer (Outer covered 1mm 304 stainless steel) to reduce heat loss. The 4 coloring tanks (also 3mm 304 stainless steel) use the same steam heating system, maintaining 50-60℃ for optimal color absorption—critical for achieving deep, long-lasting hues. The line’s tanks are reinforced with A3 steel frames (coated with heat-resistant paint) to prevent deformation at high temperatures. The cooling system (20HP air-cooled chillers) quickly lowers anodizing tank temperatures (to 15-20℃), balancing high-temperature processes with precise anodizing conditions. The PLC control system (Omron) automatically adjusts steam flow and chiller operation, maintaining temperature stability. Equipped with heat-resistant gaskets (for tank lids) and high-temperature resistant electrical wires, the line ensures safe operation. The exhaust system (PP ducts) removes high-temperature fumes, protecting workers. Suitable for aluminum parts requiring thorough degreasing (e.g., automotive engine components) and rich coloring, this high-temperature resistant line delivers efficient, reliable performance.
