Compact Automatic Anodizing Line With Modular Design For Space-Saving Aluminum Production
Automatic Anodizing Production Line Overview:
Space constraints are common in manufacturing facilities, and our Compact Automatic Anodizing Line features a modular design to maximize space efficiency. The line’s 21 tanks are arranged in a linear, space-saving layout, with auxiliary equipment (rectifiers, chillers, filtration units) placed in a separate, compact zone—reducing the overall footprint by 20% compared to traditional lines. The modular design allows easy expansion: additional tanks (e.g., extra washing tanks) can be added without reconfiguring the entire line. The gantry cranes (single-arm design) operate along a narrow rail, further saving space while maintaining ±3mm positioning accuracy. Constructed with lightweight yet durable materials: 15mm PP for washing/anodizing tanks (reducing weight) and 3mm 304 stainless steel for degreasing/coloring tanks (resisting corrosion). The electrical cabinet (2.5mm SS plate) is compact and wall-mountable, freeing up floor space. Despite its small size, the line delivers full functionality: 3 anodizing tanks (25V-3000A rectifiers), 4 coloring tanks, 11 washing tanks, and a classified waste water system. The PLC control system (Omron) supports automatic operation, with a 5-10 minute cycle time for high throughput. Ideal for small to medium-sized manufacturers or facilities with limited space, this compact line offers big performance in a small package.
