Does "full automation" require additional configuration of robotic arms or robots?
No. In this context, "full automation" refers to automation of production process control, not material handling logistics. The system includes automatic raw material conveying, automatic execution of process parameters, and automatic fixed-length winding with alarm functions. Manual or auxiliary equipment is still required for handling and offloading finished rolls.
Is touch screen operation easy to learn? Can operation permissions be set for different levels of personnel?
Yes, the interface is designed for intuitive operation using a combination of icons and numerical inputs. We provide Chinese/English interface options. The advanced PLC control system supports multi-level password permissions, including Operator level (view/start/stop only), Technician level (adjust common parameters), and Engineer level (modify all recipes and system parameters), effectively preventing misoperation.
If there is a power outage or sudden shutdown, will the parameters be lost upon restart?
No. The PLC and touch screen's internal memory features data retention functionality. Even after power loss, all set process parameters and recipes remain safely saved. Upon repowering, previous production recipes can be directly recalled and implemented immediately.
