Product Introduction
Cooling and setting is the key transformation process of PP strapping from melt to solid product. This production line features a dual-stage cooling system with a first cooling water tank and a secondary cooling water tank.
The first tank is 3.5m long, equipped with a honeycomb water inlet, adjustable water level, and multiple sets of sizing tracks. The entire tank can move forward/backward and up/down for easy alignment. The secondary tank is 5.5m long, with water temperature precisely adjustable between 10-25°C, ensuring the product fully crystallizes and sets at low temperature.
The dual-tank design achieves a staged cooling process of "quenching + low-temperature precision cooling," effectively controlling crystallinity, reducing internal stress, and improving product dimensional stability and mechanical properties.

A: By connecting an external chiller or cooling tower, together with a temperature sensor and automatic valve in the tank to control the mixing of chilled water. We provide the temperature control interface; the customer supplies the refrigeration equipment.
