Melt pressure stability is the core guarantee for dimensional uniformity of extruded products. This production line is equipped with two high-precision metering pumps (50cc) between the extruder and the die, each driven by a 3KW motor. The metering pumps smooth out pressure fluctuations caused by screw rotation through forced, pulse-free gear output, ensuring constant melt flow and stable pressure into the 1-out-6 die.
The dual pump configuration distributes melt more evenly to the 6 flow channels, reducing the risk of uneven distribution from a single pump outlet. This design significantly improves dimensional consistency among the 6 strands and along the product length, controlling width and thickness tolerances stably within ±0.05mm. It is a key technology for achieving high-quality, high-uniformity products.
