The fully customized municipal 100T/H two-stage steam turbine is engineered to drive pipeline boosting systems with integrated steam compressors. This system operates with inlet steam temperature of 113°C at 0.158Mpa pressure, and exhaust temperature of 160°C at 0.62Mpa pressure. The installed power capacity is 4700kw/5000kw, with power consumption of 100kw*h per ton of steam.
This system is suitable for driving various types of variable speed mechanical equipment including pumps, fans, and compressors, and can also be utilized for small-scale power generation applications.
MVR evaporators offer superior performance characteristics compared to other evaporator types, featuring the lowest energy consumption, minimal footprint, negligible impact on product quality, simple control systems, and high operational stability.
| Type | Single Effect Evaporator | Multi-effect Evaporator | MVR Evaporator |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy Consumption | High energy consumption, theoretically requiring 1 ton of steam to evaporate 1 ton of water | More energy-efficient, with consumption decreasing as efficiency increases | Most energy-efficient technology, requiring only 15KW/h to 50KW/h of electricity per ton of water evaporated |
| Floor Area | Small | Large | Small |
| Impact on Product Quality | Short dwell time but high temperature, with minimal impact on product quality | Long dwell time and high temperature, with minimal impact on product quality | Short residence time, evaporation via temperature difference, minimal impact on product quality |
| Energy Mode | Requires steam heating, steam pipeline network, and boiler | Requires steam heating, steam pipeline network, and boiler | Electricity only, no steam pipe network required, fully self-closing circulation system |
| Operating Cost | High | Higher | Low |
| Stability | Poor | Poor | Good |
