Description and Structural Characteristics

This machine adopts world-leading Italian technology with the following key features:

  • Cleaning department and water contact parts manufactured entirely from stainless steel sheet metal
  • Cleaning box constructed from thickened stainless steel welded as a single unit for high strength and deformation resistance
  • Three pairs of brush configuration: six diameter 160mm high-temperature resistant silk brushes + four spray units for clean, fast glass cleaning (4-7m per minute)
  • First brush configuration features two hard brushes with cylinder lift mechanism
  • Stainless steel spring automatically adjusts for glass thickness of 3-12mm
  • All water contact components and screws made from stainless steel, copper, waterproof aluminum, and nylon velvet materials for rust-free long-term use and easy maintenance
  • Air-drying box glass bracket uniformly welded from stainless steel to prevent rust and secondary glass contamination
  • Two pairs of stainless steel wind knife configuration with powerful wind drying and heating system
  • Unique circulating wind glass air drying system provides energy efficiency and low noise operation (winter operation without heating reaches up to 40°C wind temperature)
