XML6127‑CZXD 24V LED rectangle side marker light is widely applied to passenger buses and coaches. It serves as side clearance and side width warning lamp. It marks vehicle side outline dimension, alerts surrounding vehicles and pedestrians to bus width, improves driving safety at night or bad weather conditions. Perfect replacement spare part for bus body lighting system.

Installation Instructions

1. Disconnect vehicle 24V power supply before installation to avoid short‑circuit damage.

2. Clean and dry the mounting surface on bus side body.

3. Remove protective film of back adhesive, stick lamp to correct position.

4. Insert and lock waterproof plug into vehicle harness socket.

5. Turn on power supply, test lighting function.

6. Double‑check adhesive sticking and connector locking status.

Notes

1. Only for DC 24V bus system. Never connect to 12V power source, otherwise lamp will burn out.

2. Avoid scratching or cracking PC lens, it will reduce light transmission and waterproof performance.

3. Make sure waterproof plug is fully locked; poor contact causes intermittent light failure.

4. Do not pull harness hard to prevent internal wire breakage.

5. Regularly inspect lamp, adhesive and connector in daily use, clean dust on lens.

6. Stop using and cut off power immediately if lamp fails or gets waterlogged.

7. This lamp is only for side marking warning, cannot be used as headlight or turn signal lamp.
