Installation Instructions

1. Cut off the bus power supply before installation to avoid short‑circuit damage.

2. Remove the old marker light by loosening fixed fasteners.

3. Take the new lamp, confirm correct side: 24114AJ0073 for left side, 24114AJ0077 for right side.

4. Align the lamp body with installation hole position, fix the lamp with fasteners firmly, do not over‑tighten to avoid cracking plastic housing.

5. Connect the 2‑pin yellow waterproof plug to the corresponding vehicle harness socket, make sure the connector is fully locked.

6. Restore bus power supply, turn on position light switch, test whether left and right marker lights light up normally.

Notes

1. Strictly apply DC 24V power supply. Do not connect to 12V power source, otherwise the lamp will fail to work.

2. Distinguish left‑hand and right‑hand part numbers, cannot install in mixed‑use.

3. Do not over‑tighten fixing screws during installation to prevent PC lens and plastic housing from cracking.

4. Keep connector plug dry and clean, avoid water and dust entering the socket before connection.

5. Check lamp illumination and plug connection regularly during daily vehicle inspection. Replace once lens crack or LED beads fail.

6. Avoid strong impact or knocking on lamp body, plastic parts are easy to break under heavy impact.

7. If the lamp does not light up, firstly check power supply circuit and connector connection status, not replace lamp blindly.
