This CBZD‑LED 24V LED side marker light is specially applied to various buses and coaches. It acts as side clearance lamp and side warning indicator light. It marks the outline position of vehicle side body, reminds surrounding vehicles and pedestrians of the overall width and length of the bus, improves driving safety during night driving, bad‑weather travel and long‑distance transportation. It is a standard replacement spare part for passenger bus body lighting system.

Installation Instructions

1. Confirm the vehicle power supply is cut off before starting installation to avoid short‑circuit damage.

2. Locate the reserved mounting position on the side of bus body, place the side marker light in correct position.

3. Fix the lamp body firmly on the car body according to original installation hole position.

4. Align and insert the waterproof plug of the lamp with the vehicle wiring harness socket, make sure the connector is fully locked.

5. Switch on 24V vehicle power supply, test the light to verify normal lighting function.

6. Re‑check the fixing status and connector tightness after test completion.

Notes

1. This lamp is only for DC 24V bus system. Do not connect to 12V power supply, otherwise the lamp will fail to work.

2. Do not scratch or crack the PC lens during installation, which will affect light effect and waterproof performance.

3. Ensure the plug connection is completely locked, poor contact may lead to intermittent light failure.

4. Avoid pulling the wire harness with excessive force, prevent wire breakage inside the cable.

5. Regularly check lamp surface and connector status in daily use, clean dust on lens to keep good light transmission.

6. If water immersion occurs or light stops working, cut off power immediately and check circuit and lamp condition.

7. This product is for side marking warning only, cannot be used as headlight or turn signal replacement.
