VPC Series plastic sorting machine can detect same-in-color polymer contaminants. It can automatically recognize and remove non-PET impurities, and has the advantages of high sorting accuracy, high efficiency, easy operation and maintenance, compact structure, beautiful appearance and so on.

Product Description

ABS and PS plastics share very similar appearance and texture, making fast and accurate separation difficult with manual or conventional mechanical methods.

The VPC , equipped with advanced 3D NIR (near-infrared) sensor technology, is optimized for ABS/PS flake sorting. It precisely detects subtle material differences, and high-speed jet valves then separate the plastics with exceptional accuracy, achieving up to 99.9% purity in the final product.
