1. Does this require a neutral wire?

Yes. Because this is a smart control panel that stays powered on to control other devices and the screen, it requires both a Live wire and a Neutral wire in your wall box.

2. What can the physical buttons do?

The 3 physical buttons on the right side are fully customizable. By default, they can control the 3 local lighting circuits (Relay Switch). However, via the Settings, you can map them to trigger "Smart Scenes" (like Movie Mode) or control other smart devices wirelessly.

3. Can it control my old TV or Air Conditioner?

Yes! It has a built-in Infrared (IR) Blaster. You can pair it with your traditional non-smart AC, TV, or fans, allowing you to control them via the touchscreen or the Smart Life App.

4. Does it work with my Video Doorbell?

It works with Tuya-compatible video doorbells. When someone rings the bell, the video feed will automatically pop up on this panel's screen, and you can use the two-way audio to talk to the visitor.

5. How many devices can I connect to it?

As a control panel, it can control hundreds of Wi-Fi devices linked to your account. As a BLE Mesh Gateway, you can directly connect up to 128 Bluetooth Mesh sub-devices (like downlights or sensors) to it.
