Product Description
Factory Strength:
"Engineered for stability, this IR Blaster uses a special material with 95% infrared transmittance for superior range. It features our self-developed Wi-Fi module (200W+ units sold), ensuring connection reliability superior to generic market versions. We offer full OEM customization including logo printing and App UI modification."

1. What is the advantage of your "Self-developed Module"?
Unlike generic modules that may drop connections, our module is optimized specifically for low-bandwidth IoT commands, ensuring faster response times (lower latency) and better long-term connection stability with the router.
2. Is the shell material different from standard black plastic?
Yes. We use a specialized Infrared Transmissive Material. To the naked eye, it looks black, but to IR signals, it is nearly transparent (95% transmittance). This significantly improves the control range and angle compared to cheap opaque plastics.
3. Can we customize the pre-set device library?
The device library is pulled from the Tuya Cloud, which is constantly updated globally. However, if you have specific local brands (e.g., in Brazil or India), we can assist in submitting those codes to the cloud for faster customer setup.
4. Does it support IFTTT?
Yes, as a Tuya-powered device, it supports linkage with IFTTT, allowing users to create complex automation chains with other platforms and services.
5. What is the packaging standard?
We provide a compact, neutral white retail box (ideal for shipping). For bulk orders, we can provide the die-cut template for you to design your own branded packaging to increase perceived value.
