1. Does this panel support Zigbee devices?

This specific model (PP06 Mini) is primarily a Wi-Fi + BLE Mesh Gateway. It connects Bluetooth Mesh devices directly. To control Zigbee devices, they must be on the same Tuya account (via a separate Zigbee hub), or you can request our Zigbee-integrated version for bulk orders.

2. Can we customize the UI language for our local market?

Yes. The system currently supports 19 languages and we are continuously adding more. For large OEM orders, we can flash specific default languages or boot logos to match your brand identity.

3. What is the max load for the physical switches?

The device features 3 relay channels. The maximum load is 200W per gang. It is designed for lighting control (LED, Incandescent) and is not recommended for heavy-duty appliances like heaters or pumps without an external contactor.

4. How does the "Partition Control" work for hotels?

This feature allows device isolation. In a hotel setting, you can configure the panel to only control devices within that specific room (Single Room Control) or allow Master Control for suites (Multiple Rooms), ensuring guests don't accidentally control neighboring rooms.

5. Is the screen always on?

No, it has a built-in proximity sensor and screen saver settings. You can set it to display a digital clock, weather, or turn off completely when not in use to extend screen life and save energy.
