Product Description
Factory Strength:
"This entry-level Multi-Mode Gateway is a staple for any Tuya ecosystem product line. It enables the use of low-power ZigBee sensors and Bluetooth devices. We offer full OEM customization including logo printing on the top case and custom color boxes. High stability firmware ensures low return rates for bulk orders."

1. Does the package include the 5V power adapter?
The standard packing list includes the Gateway, USB Charging Cable, and Manual. The 5V/1A USB power brick is typically not included to save shipping weight and avoid plug compatibility issues, but we can bundle it for specific market orders upon request.
2. Can this gateway control third-party ZigBee devices (e.g., Hue, Aqara)?
No. This gateway is designed specifically for the Tuya / Smart Life ecosystem. It works with any "Powered by Tuya" ZigBee or Bluetooth device. Cross-brand compatibility with proprietary ecosystems (like Philips Hue) is not guaranteed.
3. Does it support Apple HomeKit?
The standard version does not support HomeKit. If you require a Tuya-to-HomeKit solution, please ask our sales team about our specific "ZigBee HomeKit Gateway" models, which use a different chipset.
4. What is the wireless range?
In an open area, the transmission distance is approximately 60-100 meters. Inside a building with walls, it effectively covers a radius of 15-30 meters. For larger homes, customers may need multiple gateways.
5. Is the "Red/Blue" light status customizable?
The LED logic is hardcoded in the firmware (Red=Wi-Fi, Blue=ZigBee/BLE). However, for very large ODM orders (3000+ units), we can discuss modifying the LED behavior or casing light pipe design.
