Product Description
Factory Strength:
"This multi-protocol gateway is the standard entry-level hub for Tuya ecosystems. By integrating ZigBee 3.0 and BLE Mesh, it allows brands to sell a wide range of low-power sensors and lighting. We provide full OEM services including logo printing, custom gift boxes, and firmware localization. High stability and low return rate."

1. What is the maximum number of sub-devices supported?
Theoretically, the gateway supports up to 128 sub-devices. However, for optimal performance and stability, we recommend connecting 30-50 active devices per gateway in a real-world scenario.
2. Is this a wired or wireless gateway?
This is a Wireless Gateway. It connects to the user's router via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. It does not have an RJ45 Ethernet port. If you need a Wired (Ethernet) ZigBee gateway, please check our "Pro" series.
3. Does it support local scene linkage?
Yes. Even if the Wi-Fi network disconnects, automation scenes created between ZigBee devices connected to this same gateway (e.g., Motion Sensor triggers Light) will continue to work locally.
4. Can we customize the packaging?
Yes, we offer OEM packaging services. For orders over 1000 units, we can provide custom color boxes and user manuals in your local language at no extra tooling cost.
5. What is the advantage of ZigBee 3.0?
ZigBee 3.0 offers better interoperability, higher security, and lower power consumption compared to older protocols. It ensures your customers' battery-operated sensors last longer (often 1-2 years).
