Description

Jinke JK830 Crawler DTH Drilling Rig

The JK830 is a crawler mounted DTH drilling rig made for quarry and mine blast hole work. It drills 105-165mm holes with a 125HP diesel engine driving the hydraulic system, and it moves itself around the bench on steel tracks, so one operator can handle positioning, drilling and rod handling without a support vehicle.

Main Features

  • DTH hammer drilling through hard rock without slowing down
  • Crawler tracks with independent drive for rough bench terrain
  • 125HP diesel engine - no external power supply needed
  • Hydraulic rod changer reduces manual handling between rods
  • Mast tilts for angled blast holes when the bench layout calls for it
  • Simple control layout, a trained operator picks it up in a day
