JK850 Diesel Engine Water Well Drilling Rig

A lot of the wells our customers drill are far from any power line. That is exactly why we offer the JK850 with the diesel engine. The rig becomes completely self-contained - you bring the machine, the drill pipe, and the fuel, and you can start drilling the day you arrive.

The diesel engine drives the rotary table through the same four-speed gearbox as the electric version, so you keep all four speeds (40, 80, 160, 320 r/min) in forward and reverse. Power delivery is smooth at low speed, which matters when you are starting a large-diameter hole in broken ground and do not want the table to grab.

Depth and diameter capability

Rated drilling depth is 850 meters, with hole diameters from 105mm to 600mm. The 850mm through-hole rotary table handles casing and large tools without restriction, and 34KN.m of torque keeps the bit turning in dense clay or weathered rock. The 47m mast works with 6-meter drill pipe, and the 80KN main hoist plus 50KN auxiliary hoist cover the full range of tool handling.

Fuel consumption depends on the formation and drilling method, but customers running production wells in medium-hard rock typically plan for a full day of drilling on a single tank with the standard setup. We can talk through expected consumption for your specific project.

Support after delivery

Every rig ships with a starter spares kit: brake bands, seals, filters, and mast sheave bearings. We provide an English operation manual and a maintenance chart for the workshop wall. If your crew has questions during commissioning, we can do a video call to walk through the setup.
