Only 1 cartridge is needed as a test sample. It is enough for laboratory compatibility tests and basic construction‑site waterproof checks.

Q4: How do you ship samples and bulk orders?
Bulk full‑container orders are shipped by sea to keep costs competitive. Small test samples are sent by DHL or FedEx for quick delivery.

Q5: What is the standard ordering process?
First, please share your project parameters, application scenarios and technical requirements. Then we will send you a customised quotation. After samples are approved, you can arrange the deposit, and we will start mass production and arrange shipment.

Q6: Can you print our own brand logo on cartridges and outer boxes?
Yes, OEM private label service is available. You will need to provide high‑resolution logo files and written confirmation before production begins.

Q7: Does this mid‑grade sealant come with a long‑term project warranty?
This product has a standard quality warranty suitable for general construction sealing. However, it does not include a long‑term engineering warranty for building facade projects.

Q8: Can this sealant be used for swimming pools, fish tanks and glass water tanks?
It can be used for non‑pressure decorative aquariums and landscape glass structures. It is not suitable for swimming pools, pressure‑bearing water tanks or areas that remain fully submerged for long periods.

Q9: Can you produce custom colours for decoration projects?
We offer standard colours including transparent, white and black. If your project requires special colours, we can provide custom colour matching based on your construction drawings.

Q10: How long can unopened sealant cartridges be stored?
When stored in a dry place at 5℃ to 27℃, unopened cartridges can be kept for up to 18 months.
