Sure thing. We offer samples so you can test adhesion, compatibility and waterproof performance right on‑site. If you need to compare several different sealant formulas, we can send you a mixed sample pack.

Q2: How long will it take for samples and bulk‑order production?
We get samples ready within 2‑3 working days after we confirm your request. Once we receive your deposit, mass production will take roughly 5‑7 working days.

Q3: How many samples do I need for lab and jobsite testing?
One single cartridge is enough. It covers most lab compatibility tests and basic waterproof checks at construction sites.

Q4: How will you send samples and my large bulk order?
We send full‑container bulk goods by sea to keep your costs low. Small test samples go by DHL or FedEx for fast delivery.

Q5: What steps do I follow to place an order?
Send us your project info, application conditions and technical requirements. We will send you a custom quotation. Once samples pass your test, pay your deposit and we start production and arrange shipment.

Q6: Can you print my own brand logo on sealant tubes and outer boxes?
Yes we can do OEM private label printing. Just send us high‑resolution logo files plus written confirmation before we start making goods.

Q7: Does this mid‑grade sealant have long‑term warranty for big building projects?
It has our regular quality warranty for normal sealing jobs. But we do not offer long‑term engineering warranty for building facade projects for this grade.

Q8: Is it OK to use this sealant on swimming pools, fish tanks or glass water tanks?
You can use it for decorative non‑pressure fish tanks and landscape glass features. Do not use for swimming pools, pressure water tanks or spots staying fully underwater all the time.

Q9: Can you make special colours for my decoration projects?
We normally stock transparent, white and black. We can mix custom colours following your construction drawing requirements.

Q10: How long can I keep unopened sealant cartridges in storage?
Unopened cartridges can last up to 18 months if stored in dry space with temperature kept 5℃‑27℃.
