High-Precision Intelligent Electromagnetic Flowmeter
Description
The electromagnetic flowmeter consists of a sensor and an intelligent converter. It operates based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and is used to measure the flow rate of conductive liquids. It is a velocity-type flowmeter.
In addition to measuring the volume flow rate of general conductive liquids, it can also be used to measure the flow rate of strong acids, strong alkalis, highly corrosive liquids, slurry, ore pulp, paper pulp and other liquids.
It is applied in various fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, sewage, tap water, metallurgy, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging, etc. for flow measurement.

Features
- The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity.
- There are no flow-obstructing components in the measuring tube, no pressure loss, and the requirement for straight pipe sections is reduced. It has unique adaptability for slurry measurement.
- The flowmeter has no mechanical moving parts. The converter is optimally designed with a compact structure, easy to install. The converter and sensor are interchangeable, and the measurement range can be freely changed (0.5m/s to 10m/s).
- By rationally selecting electrode and lining materials, it has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It features all-digital processing, strong anti-interference ability, reliable measurement, high accuracy, and a wide flow measurement range.
- It adopts an ultra-low EMI switching power supply, suitable for a wide range of power supply voltage variations, and has good anti-EMI performance.
- It uses a 16-bit embedded microprocessor, with fast operation speed and high precision. It employs low-frequency rectangular wave excitation, and the excitation frequency can be programmed, which improves the stability of flow measurement and reduces power consumption.
- There are no moving parts or flow-obstructing components in the pipeline, resulting in almost no additional pressure loss during measurement.
- On-site, the measurement range can be modified according to the actual needs of the user. It features a high-definition backlit LCD display, a fully Chinese menu operation, is convenient to use, simple to operate, and easy to learn.
- It has digital communication signal outputs such as RS485, RS232, HART and Modbus Profibus-DP (optional).
- The measurement display unit can be selected and set to record flow in minutes or hours, suitable for time-sharing metering systems (optional).
