Working Principle of Pressure Transmitter

NP93420 series utilizes the piezoresistive effect of semiconductors and micro-machining technology to manufacture a Wheatstone bridge on a specific crystal orientation of a single crystal silicon wafer by photolithography, diffusion and other semiconductor processes to form a sensitive diaphragm, when subjected to external force. A slight change occurs, the resistivity changes, and the bridge arm resistance changes (one pair becomes larger and the other becomes smaller) in the excitation voltage signal output, after computer temperature compensation, laser resistance adjustment, signal amplification and other processing methods and strict assembly testing , calibration and other processes to produce pressure transmitters with standard output signals.
