Description
The central dust collector for furniture factories is a large-scale centralized dust removal system
designed for the wood chips, dust and wood powder generated during the cutting, grinding,
engraving and pre-treatment before painting in the furniture production process. It can achieve
unified collection, filtration and purification of dust throughout the factory or at multiple workstations,
and has the characteristics of efficient dust removal, explosion-proof and flame-retardant, energy
conservation and noise reduction. It is the core equipment for furniture factories to meet environmental
protection standards and ensure clean production in workshops.
It is composed of main pipelines, branch pipelines, dust collection hoods (workstation hoods, universal
flexible hoods, and air duct regulating valves). The pipeline layout is designed based on the dust-generating points in the workshop. The air volume of each workstation is distributed through regulating valves to
avoid the problem of excessive air intake at the near workstations and no air at the far workstations. The
material of the pipelines is mostly galvanized steel plates or stainless steel plates, which are wear-resistant
and corrosion-resistant, and suitable for the high-speed transportation of wood chips.
