Wood factory industrial dust removal equipment is designed for woodworking workshops, grinding workshops, paint workshops, and similar environments. It effectively removes sawdust, paint dust, and other particles generated during processing operations. The system consists of three main components: pipeline system, fan system, and filtration system, utilizing negative pressure suction to transport particle-laden air to the filtration system where clean gas is separated.

Operating Principle
The equipment operates on negative pressure suction. The pipeline system connects to woodworking machinery and the filtration system, with the fan creating negative pressure to draw in wood chips and dust particles. In the filtration system:

  • Heavier wood particles fall into the ash bin due to gravity
