Wood Factory Industrial Dust Removal Equipment PLC Control System
Wood factory industrial dust removal equipment is designed for woodworking workshops, grinding workshops, paint workshops, and similar environments. It effectively removes sawdust, paint dust, and other particles generated during processing operations. The system consists of three main components: pipeline system, fan system, and filtration system, utilizing negative pressure suction to transport particle-laden air to the filtration system where clean gas is separated.
Classification of Woodworking Dust Collectors
Woodworking dust collectors are categorized by installation method and dust removal technique:
- By Installation:
- Indoor Dust Collectors: Common bag-type vacuum cleaners and pipe-type filters
- Outdoor Dust Collectors: Straight drop dust collectors and pulse module dust collectors
- By Dust Removal Method: Positive pressure dust removal and negative pressure dust removal
Operating Principle
The equipment operates on negative pressure suction. The pipeline system connects to woodworking machinery and the filtration system, with the fan creating negative pressure to draw in wood chips and dust particles. In the filtration system:
- Airflow passes through the bag filter's diversion bin, reducing velocity
- Heavier wood particles fall into the ash bin due to gravity
- Lighter dust adheres to the filter bag's outer surface
- As dust accumulates, the automatic pulse cleaning system activates to maintain efficiency
