Description

The woodworking dust collector for furniture factories is a dust removal device specially designed for

woodworking workshops, grinding workshops, painting workshops and other scenarios. It features a

modular design, is easy to install and has a high dust removal efficiency. Its core functions are:
1. Dust collection and separation: Based on the principle of negative pressure adsorption, the dusty

airflow (such as sawdust, wood shavings, and paint dust) is introduced into the filter. The dust is intercepted

by filter bags or filter cartridges, and clean air is discharged.
2. Compliant emissions: The dust concentration at the outlet can be controlled below 30mg/m³, and the

emission concentration is ≤10mg/Nm³, meeting environmental protection requirements.
3. Dust recovery and utilization: The collected dust can be conveyed to the silo by a buried scraper conveyor

and automatically pelletized by a sawdust briquetting machine, achieving resource utilization.
