This woodworking dust collector is specially designed for furniture factories, woodworking workshops, grinding workshops, and painting facilities. Featuring a modular design for easy installation and high dust removal efficiency, it provides comprehensive dust control solutions.
Core Functions
  • Dust collection and separation: Uses negative pressure adsorption to draw dusty air (sawdust, wood shavings, paint dust) into the filter system where particles are intercepted by filter bags/cartridges, discharging clean air.
  • Compliant emissions: Maintains dust concentration below 30mg/m³ at outlet with emission concentration ≤10mg/Nm³, meeting environmental standards.
  • Dust recovery: Collected dust can be conveyed to silos via buried scraper conveyor and automatically pelletized by sawdust briquetting machine for resource utilization.
