System Operation Process
Negative Pressure Air Suction
The system utilizes negative pressure centralized air suction with multi-stage filtration purification. A high-pressure fan creates stable pipeline negative pressure to rapidly capture floating dust and bulk sawdust from various wood processing machines through dedicated suction ports.
Cyclone Separator - Primary Filtration
Dust-laden air first enters the cyclone separator for primary coarse filtration. Large wood chips and coarse sawdust are separated via centrifugal gravity and fall into the ash hopper, effectively preventing subsequent filter bag blockage and reducing filtration load.
Bag Filter Chamber - Fine Filtration
Fine residual dust enters the bag filter chamber and is trapped on the surface of high-performance polyester filter bags, while clean air penetrates the filter media into the clean air chamber.
Intelligent Pulse Cleaning
The intelligent pulse control system periodically triggers electromagnetic pulse valves to spray instant compressed air, blowing accumulated dust off the bag surface into the bottom ash hopper for centralized collection.
Purified Air Discharge
Finally, the fully purified air that meets industrial emission standards is discharged outdoors, achieving continuous workshop air purification and maintaining optimal working conditions.
