Product Description
According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as adsorbent. Due to the selective adsorption characteristics of zeolite molecular sieve, nitrogen is adsorbed in large quantities by zeolite molecular sieve, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, and nitrogen and oxygen separation is achieved under the action of pressure swing adsorption. Two adsorption tower processes are adopted, one tower adsorbs oxygen, and the other tower desorbs and regenerates under negative pressure. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve is controlled by the PLC intelligent program, so that the two towers cycle alternately and continuously produce high-quality oxygen.

INSTALLATION SOLUTION
This nitrogen plant consists of screw type air compressor, nitrogen booster, air buffer tank, refrigerated dryer, filtration equipment, nitrogen buffer tank, nitrogen generator, nitrogen regulator, filling manifold,etc.
Step 1: Connecting A&B from the flange of the air compressor to the flange of the refrigerated dryer,using this black DN50 high pressure tube for connection.
Step 2: Connecting C&D from the nitrogen generator to the nitrogen booster, using this black DN50 high pressure tube for connection.
Step 3: Connecting F from the nitrogen booster to the filling manifold, using this black DN50 high pressure tube for connection.
Step 4: The filling manifold connect to nitrogen cylinders.
The following points should be noted during installation:
1. The connection between each equipment needs to be sealed!
2. Gaskets and screws need to be tightened!
3. Do not have air leakage phenomenon!
Packing & Delivery
Packed with wooden case, anti-collision foam block, machine be packed by Stretch film, pearl cotton, according to the export packing standard.
Two sets machine delivery by unit 20 feet or 40 feet container, the booster will packed and fittings be packed by wooden case.
