Overview

The NEW-FLOW ETS5000 Explosion-proof Temperature Switch is a capillary remote mechanical temperature controller specially designed for flammable, explosive hazardous working environments. Equipped with stainless steel 316 sensing bulb and heavy-duty die-cast aluminum explosion-proof enclosure, it realizes automatic circuit on/off when temperature hits preset value, providing reliable over-temperature alarm and equipment protection for oilfield, refinery, chemical reactor, underground mining machinery.

  • Full explosion-proof certification, applicable to Class I Div.1/2, Class II hazardous locations
  • SS316L wetted parts, anti-corrosion for oil, solvent, natural gas medium
  • Mechanical liquid/gas filled sensing system, no electronic component, strong anti-interference
  • Optional single / dual SPDT micro switch (5A/10A 250VAC)
  • Customizable capillary length (1m–30m), probe length & temperature range
  • IP65 waterproof & dustproof, vertical/horizontal installation available
