SM7810 Super MΩ HiTESTER is HIOKI flagship multi-channel ultra-high resistance measuring instrument, designed to solve high-speed, high-precision leakage current testing of multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) in mass production workshops.

It realizes synchronous parallel measurement of 8 independent channels with a minimum test cycle of only 6.8ms, greatly improving production line throughput. The ultra-wide measurement range covers tiny picoamp-level leakage current up to 1mA large current, and ultra-insulation resistance up to 10¹⁵Ω. Each channel can be set with separate test voltage, averaging and comparison judgment thresholds, adapting to mixed-spec MLCC simultaneous inspection. Built-in contact check function judges probe contact status via capacitance detection, effectively avoiding defective misjudgment caused by poor contact; jig capacitance&resistance open-circuit compensation eliminates fixture interference to guarantee stable test repeatability. Combined with SM7860 dedicated programmable power supply, it forms a complete high-speed MLCC automatic detection system, widely deployed in electronics component manufacturing factories worldwide.
