* Model No.3.6E~No.9.0E of HKF cabinet fan is available in two structural types: HKF(A) externally motor-mounted version & HKF(B) built-in motor version, consisting of backward curved large airfoil impeller, sealed square cabinet casing, rectangular flange inlet/outlet and matched driving motor. ·
* The impeller is composed of multiple high-efficiency backward curved airfoil blades and wheel hub; all impellers go through strict static & dynamic balance calibration to achieve outstanding aerodynamic efficiency, stable pressure and low vibration. ·
* HKF(A): motor fixed outside cabinet side via bracket, convenient for motor maintenance; HKF(B): motor installed inside cabinet body for compact overall layout. Both adopt galvanized steel fully enclosed cabinet with side access panel for internal overhaul. ·
* Optimized internal flow path reduces airflow loss, enabling wide performance range from low to medium pressure and large air volume.
With dual structural options, wide performance spectrum, high efficiency and low noise, HKF cabinet fans are widely used for central air conditioning air supply/exhaust, factory workshop ventilation, building fire smoke exhaust and industrial waste gas conveying in commercial buildings, factories and public venues.
Standard configuration is Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof B - HKF with YB flameproof motor and SUS304 stainless steel anti-corrosion F - HKF are customizable for flammable or corrosive waste gas projects as required.
Standard HKF fan is suitable for transporting clean, non-corrosive and non-explosive harmless air; explosion-proof variant can exhaust volatile combustible gas. Conveyed medium shall exclude sticky substance and coarse granular dust, dust impurity ≤150mg/m³, normal operating temperature ≤80℃; fire-rated model can sustain continuous 30min operation under 280℃ high flue gas temperature.
Explosion-proof B - HKF and anti-corrosion F - HKF keep identical airflow parameters, installation dimension and outline size with standard carbon steel HKF fan, only motor or cabinet material is adjusted.
Each model (3.6E~9.0E) supports multiple rotating speed & power collocation (power range:0.55~55kW, rotation:720~2600r/min), flexible to match different pipeline resistance for ventilation or smoke exhaust.
