* The whole fan adopts integrated sealed box structure with standard rectangular flanges on both ends, convenient for direct inline pipeline connection without extra conversion fittings. ·
* The cabinet side is reserved with maintenance access panel for easy internal overhaul of impeller and motor; optimized inner flow channel guides airflow smoothly into impeller to reduce wind loss.
Featured by compact cabinet layout, low vibration, low noise and easy pipeline matching, box-type centrifugal fans are widely used for kitchen fume exhaust, factory workshop ventilation, building pipeline air supply and waste gas exhausting for catering and industrial projects. Standard cabinet fan is equipped with common three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof version with YB flameproof motor and SUS304 stainless steel cabinet variant are optional for corrosive or flammable waste gas treatment on request.
Standard cabinet fan is suitable for transporting clean air and harmless non-explosive gas. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, B-type explosion-proof cabinet fan can exhaust volatile combustible gas. The conveyed medium shall not contain sticky substance and coarse granular dust, dust concentration ≤150mg/m³, medium working temperature ≤80℃.
Explosion-proof B-series and anti-corrosion F-series cabinet fans keep identical airflow performance, outline dimension and installation flange size with standard carbon steel cabinet fan, only motor or cabinet material is replaced accordingly.
Each model (1.4/2.5/3/3.5) is available with multiple rotating speed options to adjust flow rate and total pressure to match different pipeline resistance.
