1. Description:

  • clamping force of the toggle clamping system ranges from 40 tons to 1000 tons.
  • The original Platen Lift System design reduces clamping time. It lessens the burden on the toggle, allowing the lifetime to be extended.
  • Our Toggle Clamping design reaches high-speed and smooth during the clamping, and also depend on the different molds require even to reach the low-pressure clamping, which is different from the Hydraulic Clamping.
  • The system of dual injection cylinders allows for high-pressure and high-speed injection.
  • Because of the injection unite's unusual design, the hydraulic charging motor can turn 180 degrees from its original position, making it easy to change the material tube.
  • The strong injection structure keeps the stabilization of the injection unite when the hydraulic motor is charging.
  • Optional slide table or rotating table for increased safety and productivity.
