The NJP-1200 Multi-Purpose Capsule Filling Machine is designed for contract manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies that require flexible production capabilities. Unlike machines limited to single material types, the NJP-1200 reliably fills powders, pellets, granules in hard gelatin or HPMC capsules from 00# to 4#. The easy-to-control adjustable dosing disc enables precise fill weight control from 0.1 g to 1.5 g per capsule, making it suitable for antibiotics, herbal formulations, probiotics, nutraceuticals, and combination products requiring multiple fill materials.
