  • Bag Feeding: Premade bags are fed from the bag magazine and picked up by vacuum suction.
  • Date Coding: Hot stamping, inkjet, or laser printer prints batch numbers and expiry dates onto the pouch.
  • Zipper Opening: Mechanical grippers and vacuum suction cups open the pouch body and open the zipper simultaneously.
  • Capsule Counting & Filling: The integrated electronic counter counts the exact quantity of capsules and drops them through a dust-free feeding chute directly into the opened pouch.
  • Bag Settling (Optional): A bottom-vibration device shakes the pouch to help capsules settle, preventing them from catching in the sealing zone.
  • Heat Sealing: Heavy-duty sealing bars seal the pouch tightly under controlled temperature and pressure.
  • Conveying: Doypack is discharged onto the output conveyor.
