Water chiller:

Technical features: 1, The unit compressor adopts the international famous brand fully enclosed scroll type industrial refrigeration compressor, which is the most advanced form in the world and has a lifetime maintenance free. 2, The evaporator of the unit adopts high efficiency shell and tube heat exchanger, and the internal heat exchange copper tube adopts internal thread red copper tube. The condenser adopts high efficiency red copper tube and hydrophilic aluminum warping plate. All imported plate processing, with high pressure class, high heat exchange efficiency, free maintenance, long service life and other advantages. 3, The unit adopts the control system developed by US, which is simple to operate and accurate to control. 4, The unit is designed and manufactured as a whole, equipped with standard high-efficiency centrifugal pipe centrifugal pump and 304 stainless steel cold storage tank. 5, The unit adopts the international advanced fully enclosed scroll type industrial refrigeration compressor. The compression efficiency, heat exchange efficiency of the compressor and the heat exchanger have been significantly improved to ensure the high efficiency of the unit. 6, The unit adopts the unit energy saving control program independently developed by US to ensure that the unit can automatically adjust the unit operating condition according to the set working conditions to ensure stable operation and energy saving to the maximum extent. 7, The unit has no special installation requirements and can be directly placed in a well-ventilated outdoor place without additional cooling tower, water pump and water tank. The units below 8P are equipped with casters for easy operation and movement. 8,The evaporator of low-temperature brine unit is processed with imported high-efficiency preservative materials rather than ordinary materials, which ensures the service life under the premise of not affecting the heat exchange efficiency, effectively avoiding the evaporator perforation caused by the corrosion of the refrigerant and permanent damage of the unit. 9, In order to adapt to the different temperature requirements of industrial cooling and freezing, different series of scroll industrial special compressors are adopted, and the frozen water outlet temperature ranges from 15℃ ~ -35℃. Excellent technology ensures stable operation under the limit conditions.

Cooling tower:

A cooling tower is a device that uses the contact between water and air to dissipate waste heat generated in industry or in refrigeration and air conditioning through evaporation. The basic principle of its work is: after the dry (low enthalpy) air is drawn by the fan, it enters the cooling tower from the air inlet network; the high temperature water molecules with large saturated steam partial pressure flow to the low pressure air, and the damp heat (high Enthalpy) water is sprinkled into the tower by a self-seeding system. When water droplets contact air, on the one hand, due to the direct heat transfer between air and water, on the other hand, due to the pressure difference between the surface of water vapor and air, evaporation occurs under the action of pressure, and the heat in the water is taken away and evaporates. Heat transfer, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling down.

Refrigerator with water cooling tank:

The cooling tank is composed of 2 parts: tank part and chilling compressor device part; the tank is made of SUS304 cover and lot of SUS304 coil tubes to put into the tank. When the chilling compressor start to work, the compressor will generate chilling water, the chilling water is passing inside of the tubes, there is liquid outside the tubes and inside the tank. By heat exchange purpose,the heat from the liquid in tank will be brought away about chilling water inside tubes, then the liquid temp will be lower down. The tank and and the chilling device will be controlled together at control cabinet on the tank.
