This machine tool is designed and manufactured using our company's latest technology. It consists of:

• Hydraulic proportional servo control system

The machine uses a high-quality steel plate welded structure, possessing sufficient strength and rigidity. It employs an internationally advanced electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous control system. Two magnetic scales mounted on the C-frame, along with the CNC system and proportional valves, form a closed-loop servo control system, accurately controlling the speed and position of the slide. The slide exhibits high parallelism, good repeatability, and strong resistance to eccentric loads. Therefore, the machined parts have high precision, and system maintenance is convenient.

This machine is hydraulically driven and controlled by a CNC system, allowing for easy implementation of rapid descent, slow feed, bending and pressure holding, rapid return, and mid-journey stops. It can perform inching and single-action movements. The CNC system can operate in manual or programmed mode.

It adopts a dedicated CNC system for bending machines. In addition to the basic Y1, Y2, X, R + W axes, it can also provide a variety of combined CNC axis configurations according to user needs, up to 12 axes [Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2, F (die-changing axis), T (robotic arm), C (follow-up front support), +W (compensation axis)].

The foundation is an integral part of the machine tool. A foundation process drawing is provided for this machine. Users should redesign the foundation construction drawings according to local geological conditions.

We provide documents according to customer requests, including Certificate of Origin, Insurance, and other export documentation.

Lead time is approximately 50 days after receiving deposit payment.

Our product quality guarantee period is 12 months from B/L date. During this period, we provide spare parts free of charge for quality discrepancies caused by us. For malfunctions due to incorrect customer operations, we offer spare parts at cost price. Flexible extended warranties are available based on actual requirements.
