JDB-20 Solid lubricated bronze oilless bearing is made of tin bronze alloy base material with graphite plugged. This type self-lubricating bearing is also called solid metal bearing, graphite plugged bronze bearing, solid lubricating oilless bearing, bronze alloy oil free bushing, cast bronze gunmetal bushing, #500 oilless bearing, oilless flange bearing and solid sliding bearing.

Mounting Recommendations
- Housing - Ø: Mounting bevel, min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°
- Shaft Material: Hardened steel, surface roughness < Rz 6.3
- Shaft: Mounting bevel, 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
- Force fitting mandrel: The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting.
