JDB-10S Special High Strength Brass Oilless Bronze Graphite Self Lubricating Bearing
JDB-10S graphite plugged oilless bronze bearing is made of centrifugal casting special high strength brass with graphite filled. The hardness of base material can be more than HB250. This type of self-lubricating bearing is also called #500 oilless bearing, brass oilless bearing, copper sliding bushing, solid lubricant filled sliding bearing, 500 oilless guide bushing and graphite filled bearing.

Mounting Suggestion
- Housing - Ø: Mounting bevel, min. 1.5 mm x 15-45°
- Shaft Material: Hardened steel, surface roughness < Rz 6.3
- Shaft: Mounting bevel, 5 mm x 15°, edges rounded
- Force fitting mandrel: The application of an adequate force fitting mandrel is advisable. Grease lubrication of the outer surface may be necessary when mounting
