These custom CNC machined stainless steel shafts combine turning, milling and cylindrical grinding in one production cell, so concentricity, keyway position and thread pitch stay aligned after every operation. Machined from 304, 316L or 17-4PH bar stock, the parts reach a Ra0.8 µm surface finish and a ±0.01 mm dimensional tolerance for automotive drive, motor and actuator assemblies.

Send your 3D model or 2D drawing and our engineers return a machining quotation within 24 hours, including material recommendation for load, speed and corrosion exposure. OEM and ODM are both supported: we adjust shaft length, journal diameter, keyway width, thread class and surface treatment, then confirm everything with a first-article sample before mass production.
Each shaft is wrapped in anti-rust paper, sealed in a PE bag and cushioned with shock-proof foam inside an export-grade carton or wooden case. Barcode labels, desiccant bags and palletized packing are available for long-distance shipment.
