Custom CNC Machined Aluminum Automotive Brackets

These custom CNC machined aluminum brackets are produced on 3/4/5-axis machining centers from 6061-T6 and 7075-T6 billet, then anodized for automotive under-hood, chassis and structural applications. Each batch is measured against your drawing with a ±0.005 mm tolerance band, so parts fit the assembly line without rework or shimming.
