Bushings are turned, heat treated and then precision ground so the bore reaches H7 tolerance with 0.01 mm concentricity to the outer diameter. A Ra0.4 µm bore finish keeps the mating pin film lubricated instead of scraping it away, extending service life on suspension arms, steering linkages and pedal pivots exposed to vibration and road debris.

Send a 3D model or 2D drawing and our engineering team returns a machining quotation within 24 hours, together with material and finish recommendations. OEM and ODM are both supported: geometry, tolerance band, thread class, surface treatment and laser marking are all adjusted to your specification, then locked in with a first-article sample before mass production.
Parts are bagged in PE film with shock-proof foam inserts inside export-grade corrugated cartons, keeping machined surfaces free of nicks in transit. Barcode labels, desiccant bags and palletized packing are available on request.
