This Commutator Hot-stacking Machine can weld the armature with round wire or flat wire. It is suitable for auto starting motor commutator with big wire diameter and armature coil.

Suitable for armature with both flat or round wire
Fully automatic welding cycle after loading of armature
Water cooling system prevents overheating
Memory storage of welding and commutator's parameters
Can be customized accordingly
High quality level of the commutator welding process
