The machine adapts AC pulse. The whole machine is controlled by MITSUBISHI PLC; it could control the exact pre-pressing /welding /transposition /hold time effectively. The operation is free from interference.

(2)Application
The machine is used for the starter of cars and motorcycle, DC motors, power tool motors, household appliances motors and series motors.

(3)Operation
1)Connect machine to air source and power supply.
2)Switch the button to Miyachi.
3)Turn on machine power switch.
4)Switch the two buttons under the touch screen to "Auto" and "Run" .
5)Switch the rough set to 2 and the accurate set to 8.
6) Power on Miyachi.
7) Press "Stop" button. Then press the "Start" button to begin fusing.
