Facility Requirements
1) The equipment must be installed indoors in an environment with a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C and humidity ≤80% RH, free from flammable gases, corrosive gases, or vapors.
2) Ventilation system: Non-contact connection to the user's exhaust system, with an exhaust capacity greater than 10 m³/h.
3) The furnace must be powered by a three-phase five-wire AC power line, 380±10% V, 50±2% Hz. This power line is dedicated, and high-power conversion equipment such as welding machines, electric furnaces, or metal-cutting machine tools should not be connected to this distribution.
4) The equipment must be reliably grounded.
5) The working pressure of the gas source should be 0.2 to 0.4 MPa.
