The HRF535-02 type hot air degassing furnace is controlled by a Japanese SHIDO intelligent program temperature controller with 4 × 16 heating curve segments, and the temperature curve adjustment is automatically controlled by setting. The temperature controller receives the signal detected by the thermocouple, triggers the power module through the modulation board, and uses a K-type thermocouple to measure the temperature. This instrument has a PID parameter self-tuning function, and the stability of single-point control can reach ±1°C. It also has multiple alarm protection functions such as high-temperature upper limit alarm and thermocouple failure indication.
